We respect your privacy and value every aspect of our relationship with you. Nothing is more important to that relationship than maintaining your trust and confidence. We must take our responsibility to protect your personal information very seriously. Listed below are our policies and procedures for collecting, disclosing, and safeguarding the information our customers and former customers provide us.

As predicated on the customer's consent, we collect and use personal information in our business transactions to achieve error-free service. Such information includes contact information and preferences, including billing names, postal and email addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numeration, and related information. Data protection authorities further secure that information, which is explained in more detail below.

Concerning credit card transactions conducted by telephone or online, we shred all related written information and purge computerized credit card information from our servers. We do this on the day of the transaction. 

You agree to be charged for the order in advance as we produce a custom-made product crafted to your requests/specifications.

We maintain a file of your order number, your postal and email addresses, and other necessary information specific to the order, including, where applicable, the credit card company or processor's confirmation number. We never share your email address with anyone outside our company or with any employee not encharged with responsibilities relating to the order processing side of our business. And even when such employees enter credit card numbers into a computer record, the numerals are blinded on the screen.

Payment information is transferred through PayPal or Authorize.Net, leading payment gateways and merchant service providers. Security protocols (such as Secure Sockets Layer – SSL – technology) enable safe and secure credit card transactions through electronic credit card processing networks, all compliant with industry standards. Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is monitored and guaranteed Security Metrics (  Every year, we achieve PCI Compliance certification.

Our website's credit card payment processing has passed the Payment Card Industry compliance tests. Heartland Table Pads has taken the necessary steps to protect customer credit card numbers and other sensitive information.

Return and Refund Policies 
Policy for Custom-Made Products:

We work with great care and diligence to accurately meet your specifications. That we do so is as much a matter of pride as a consideration for profit. We also know that sudden plan changes can sometimes throw a wrench into the works. Therefore, you can CANCEL your order as long as you do so within three working days after placing it. However, any job designated as a "rush order" cannot be canceled.

The ABCs that drive the high demand for our custom-made products are (A) our choice of high-grade materials, (B) our exacting workmanship, and (C) our meticulous attention to fit.

In the unlikely event that our custom product does not meet your expectations relating to these factors, we will, at our option, REPAIR OR REPLACE IT WITHOUT CHARGE, including costs relating to two-way shipping. 

Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns based on a customer's wrong color selection or ordered size. Returned items must be unused and well packed to stand the return shipment.

We need to learn about any problems as soon as possible – i.e., within 15 days of receiving your order. Please notify us of any issues at or call us at 1-888-487-2377. The customer would be liable for any shipping and packaging costs once 30 days from our initial shipment of an order lapse.

Policy for Stock Items:

If a stock item, as opposed to a custom-made order, turns out to be unsuitable for your needs, you can return it at your expense for a REFUND within 30 days of receiving it. We cannot waive the original shipping charges.

We will credit your credit card or PayPal account within seven calendar days after we receive the returned item,

Returned stock items must be returned to us in new condition, with the original packaging and accessories. Since we cannot accept any returned item without an approved return authorization, please contact us to obtain (1) our return authorization and (2) our shipping instructions.

The customer is liable for insurance costs (usually only a couple of dollars) on returned items. Because UPS is responsible for their deliveries and the compensation for goods damaged in shipment is paid only to the shipper, we can pay refunds on only those stock items not damaged in shipment.

We cannot accept returns of stock items based on a customer's after-the-fact dislike of his or her color selections.

Our Warranty is OUR PLEDGE TO YOU
We are committed to your complete satisfaction.

If, after taking delivery of your custom-made table pads, your inspection reveals defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace your pads at no additional cost. Our pledge extends for the duration of your ownership, which means that you reserve the right to instruct us to repair or replace our custom-made pads for any reason, even those related to your negligence. Just call us with your request, followed by your shipment of the table pads at issue and your proof of purchase. We will repair or replace your pads and ship them back to you at our expense.

This warranty applies to original owners only. This warranty does not apply to any of our products used for commercial purposes. Beyond our expressed warranties, you may have other legal protections, which differ from state to state.
