We assign top priority to the fulfillment of all orders for custom-made products, with the final objective of expediting their shipment. However, during the months of November and December, the order fulfillment process could take two or more weeks to complete. With this in mind, we ask our customers to provide us with all the information that is necessary to start production well ahead of the seasonal holiday period.
Upon acceptance of your order, inclusive of a specified delivery date, we will guarantee on-time delivery, even during the holiday season and, if necessary, we will ship the item via FedEx or UPS Air Service, at our expense, to meet our delivery commitment to you.
If you require that a product order is manufactured and shipped within a period as brief as five business days with a delivery-certain date, then we can provide RUSH service for a fee.
We generally ship via FedEx or/and UPS Ground service to any address in the continental United States. Of course, the calculation of delivery times is tied to the distance between our Indiana production facility and the destination address. We shall also be a user of the UPS free Saturday Delivery service to several metro areas as it becomes available in the near future.
Orders that are to be shipped to destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada must be placed via telephone communication since such shipping orders cannot be placed online.
